Finance is one of the broadest teams within Barclays, employing around 4,500 people across the business globally. And we’re not just here to report on numbers – we’re just as focused on finding ways to drive business performance and provide expert advice right across Barclays diverse operations.

Our work is divided into two core areas. Financial Control helps the bank maintain a clear financial framework and produces statutory and regulatory reports. Then there’s Business Partnering, which advises on the financial implications of business strategies and reports on the broader economic and financial climate. Between them, these two areas support just about every area of the Group, offering an incredible breadth of career opportunities.
