If you’re in your first year at university (or second if you’re studying a four-year degree), our Spring Insight Programme is a fantastic way to learn more about a leadership career with Barclays and to help you decide if a career in financial services is right for you.

Over four days in April at our Headquarters in London’s Canary Wharf, you’ll learn all about the different areas of our business – Retail and Business Banking, HR, Marketing & Products, Finance, Credit Risk, Technology, and Tax – which will help you decide where your interests lie.
