What we offer

Our Spring Insight Programme is designed to help you decide if a career in financial services is something you are interested in, and if so, which of the many opportunities on offer at Barclays might be right for you.

So at this stage we don’t ask you to choose a particular function or programme, but aim to give you a broad exposure to help you come to a decision. During the programme, you’ll:

• Shadow some of our current graduates, across the range of programmes we offer, and see the kind of work they do
• Pick up valuable interview, presentation and leadership skills
• Have a chance to pose your questions in a Q&A session with senior business leaders
• Play a number of business games that will help to improve your commercial acumen
• Make some important contacts at a series of networking and social events

At the end of the programme we’ll give you an opportunity to put everything you’ve learned into practice and present to some of our business leaders. Success here could see you fast-tracked to the final stage of assessment for one of our Summer Internships the following summer and give you a real head-start to a leadership career at Barclays.

Though we can’t pay you for your time on the programme, we will cover your travel expenses and provide you with accommodation while you’re in London.
